You do not need to be a member to participate in many of our workshops
and classes. See our event calendar or our meetup page
for these events.
Lab Access
Membership is required to work in the lab. After signing up, you will
receive an email with links to a Safety Test and Project Disclosure form.
Before working in the lab you must first pass the safety test and have
your project approved by the Safety Committee.
Existing member? Manage your membership, add-ons, and billing anytime through your personal membership portal.
Individual Membership
Full access to BioCurious lab space, equipment, and community. Includes Open Lab nights and co-working space.

Family Membership
Gives one parent or guardian full lab access alongside their child. Required for any member under 18 — a parent or guardian must be present with a minor at all times.

Dry Storage
Personal dry storage bin to keep your materials secure at the lab between visits.

Dedicated space in our ultra-low temperature freezer for long-term sample preservation.
Tissue Culture Lab
Access to our sterile tissue culture room with biosafety cabinets, incubators, and microscopy (BSL1 only!).
Dedicated Spaces
Private offices and lab benches for startups and serious researchers.
Standard Office (~12'×12')
Private office space for your team or startup. Includes one Individual Membership.
6' Lab Bench
Your own dedicated 6-foot lab bench with full access to shared equipment and facilities.
Back Lab Office
Semi-private office space in the back lab area, ideal for focused work close to the equipment.
